Usage of test cases in Solution Manager

SAP CRM projects requires content for testing to

  • Validate that implemented standard processes work correctly in Customer environment
  • Facilitate the speedy and efficient setup of prototypes/sandbox systems to show standard functionality
  • As a basis for test & approval of enhancement or modified SAP CRM Business Processes
  • Validate that the cross SAP Component processes are working correctly in an Integrated environment
