The SAP R/3 Business Framework
This document provides a summary of the SAP R / 3 Business Framework. The architecture is based on an object-oriented approach using business objects and business components. Using this architecture with a distribution model, distributed applications (distributed business processes) can be mapped and implemented. The spectrum of distributed applications ranges from the simple integration of two elements with some interfaces for the integration of many components distributed around the world.
